Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southern Arizona, Inc., $856,697

Your matched gift will help transform a newly purchased building into the Mentoring Activity Center—a safe, supportive space where youth and their mentors, “Bigs” and “Littles,” can connect, learn, and grow. This dynamic hub will open life-changing opportunities for children facing adversity and allow Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southern Arizona to support current matches and reach hundreds more still waiting for a mentor.

San Miguel High School, $568,000

Your matched gift will help purchase four 12-passenger vans and two 18-passenger minibuses vital to San Miguel High School’s Corporate Work Study Program, which provides real-world job experience for students. These vehicles transport hundreds of students to workplaces across Tucson and Pima County each day, replacing an aging and unreliable fleet.

Since 2004, San Miguel has empowered students from limited-resource backgrounds through a transformative, holistic education that prepares them for success in college, career, and life.
