We fund a one-time capital expenditure to ensure a stronger operating budget or support a program--- by retiring a mortgage, remodeling or renovating an existing structure, or constructing a new facility or providing monies for a program to ensure its continued benefit for children.

Angel Charity has a Board Restricted Fund to ensure future aid to agencies that help children.

Angel Charity applicants must serve children aged 18 and under in Pima County and be a tax exempt organization as determined by the IRS, having held this status for a minimum of three years.  Each agency must be fiscally responsible --- as determined by a rigid, six week selection process.  This includes a thorough and professional analysis of budgets and financial statements by accountants and attorneys, and an investigation of mortgages and land leases by real estate attorneys.
