The Boys & Girls
Clubs of Tucson currently serves over 3,400 youth members every year
and another 7,000 that participate in drop-in activities or come as
guests. They provide building-centered programs, a safe environment
and a caring staff that assists Tucson's disadvantaged youth in developing
self-esteem, values and skills that will enhance their lives and shape
their futures. Angel
Charity provided the Boys & Girls Clubs of Tucson $40,000 for
the "Angel Playground" to be developed next to the Steve Daru
Boys & Girls Clubs located at 1375 North El Rio Drive. This
playground will provide overflow room for the over 900 youth that belong
